The much awaited Palm Jebel Ali development has finally resumed work after being put on hold for more than ten years.
The redesigned Palm Jebel Ali is expected to be much bigger and more spectacular than initially imagined, representing what can only be characterized as a major enlargement of the original vision. When finished, the project will have around 60 kilometers of beaches along with a large number of hotels, resorts, offices, and luxury homes.

With a surface area double that of Palm Jumeirah, the new palm will have a trunk that is almost four miles long and seventeen fronds. A 12-mile crescent, home to several hotels and opulent projects, will shield the trunks from powerful waves.

Nakheel will be the master developer behind Palm Jebel Ali. Naturally, this state-owned developer is also the mastermind behind the wildly successful Palm Jumeirah. Similar to the previous Palm, a multitude of developers will be working on projects on the new Palm Jebel Ali, so prospective purchasers will undoubtedly have an abundance of options.

The Beach Collection offers a selection of luxurious homes, including six-bedroom choices like Blue Horizon, Sapphire, Aquamarine, and Tropical Mist, as well as five-bedroom villas like Provence, Indigo Ocean, Azure Blue, and Mediterranean. 2. The Coral Collection

Conversely, the Coral Collection offers opulent seven-bedroom homes with a variety of design options, such as Hibiscus, Coral Living, Red Aurora, Porcelain Roses, Cranberry Sky, Terracotta, Redwood, and Ruby Sunset.
