A new report has revealed the Dubai real estate market’s top buyer demographics in early 2025. The most prominent demographics for buyers are Indian, Mexican, and Pakistani.
Indian buyers lead as the dominant investor group with a 28% market share. Mexican investors, in their first entry into the Dubai real estate market, account for 11% of transactions in early 2025. Similarly, Pakistani investors represent 11% of total transactions.
The data also highlights increased diversification in the investor pool. Jordanian, Canadian, Lebanese, Moroccan, Egyptian, Austrian, UK, Albanian, and Italian buyers each represent 6% of all transactions. This demonstrates broader global interest in Dubai’s property market.
