On March 12, Dubai allocated 1.46 million sq. m. of land to develop 17,080 new residential units in accordance with a newly approved affordable housing policy.
This initiative is aimed at catering to skilled professionals in Dubai-to provide a better quality of life for residents in the Emirate of all income levels. These new residential units will be offered at affordable rental rates while featuring thoughtfully designed, high-quality living spaces with access to key infrastructure and essential services.
The first phase of this affordable housing initiative involves developing six sites in the following areas: Al Mueisim 1, Al Twar 1, Al Qusais Industrial 5, and Al Leyan 1
