According to data from the Dubai Land Department, the Dubai real estate sector recorded AED 14.54 billion ($4 billion) of transactions last week between November 11 and November 15.
In total, real estate sales dominated figures with 3,229 sales transactions for a total value of AED 9.12 billion ($2.5 billion).
Among the most notable transactions included an apartment in Six Residences, The Palm for AED 130 million; an apartment in Bugatti Residences by Binghatti in Business Bay for AED 110.1 million; and an office in Buri Khalifa Towers in Downtown Dubai for AED 50 million.
