According to data from the Dubai Land Department, the Dubai real estate sector recorded AED 21.99 billion worth of transactions from 3,345 sales transactions recorded between December 23 and December 27.
Mortgages dominated the figures with AED 11.02 billion, followed by sales deals worth AED 9.25 billion, and gift transactions worth AED 1.72 billion.
Among the most expensive sales was an apartment in the Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences in Palm Jumeirah sold for AED 58 million, an apartment in Sobha Seahaven for AED 27.34 million, and an apartment in Damac Bay sold for AED 26.8 million.
