According to data from the Dubai Land Department, the real estate sector recorded AED 17.28 billion worth of transactions between March 17 and 21. Sales transactions dominated the figures, with 3,886 transactions worth a total of AED 12.91 billion.
Among the most expensive sales transactions recorded were an apartment in AVA at Palm Jumeirah sold for AED 73.4 million and two apartments in the Alba Residences in Palm Jumeirah sold for AED 50.86 million and AED 49.48 million, respectively.
Additionally, the DLD also recorded mortgage deals and gift transactions worth AED 3.52 billion and AED 850.6 million, respectively.
