According to Dubai real estate experts, the property prices in Dubai are going to continue rising for at least the next two to three years. Notably, while it is expected to continue rising during 2025, it will be at a slower rate than in 2023 and 2024.
A new report issued by ValueStrat says almost 27,000 new homes were completed in 2024-20,066 apartments and 6,891 villas.
Meanwhile, Dubai’s population grew at a rapid rate, recording 170,000 new residents in 2024 for a total of 3.83 million.
