The Dubai Municipality launched its Building Intelligence Platform during the World Governments Summit 2025 (WGS). This new platform aligns with Dubai’s goal to enhance the future of smart cities and improves the city’s ability to adapt to evolving challenges using Al and advanced economic data analytics.
The Building Intelligence Platform provides key insights for investors, developers, and stakeholders. These include the number of floors, height, total area, gross floor area, and multiple usage classifications for any building. It also provides granular data such as the number of apartments, unit sizes, and overall floor space.
Through this platform, Dubai aims to empower and guide investment decisions in alignment with Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33.
