In accordance with the Dubai Land Department’s ‘Real Estate i’ strategy, the DLD has launched a new real estate alliance. This alliance includes Danube Properties, Imtiaz Developments, MAG Lifestyle Development, and Fakhruddin Properties Development.
The DLD signed a memorandum with the developers to support sustainable real estate practices. These include enhanced visibility on pricing, timelines, and payment options.
Most notably, these developers will provide special incentives for foreign investors, including improved payment plans and unique investment benefits.
