The Dubai Land Department has identified four key policies to help develop the city’s real estate sector. These policies are: (1) Real Estate Alliances, (2) Resilience and Sustainability, (3) Real Estate Reputation,(4) Data Sharing and Publications.
Real Estate Alliances focuses on strengthening strategic partnerships and stakeholders in the sector, Resilience and Sustainability focuses on improving the sector’s adaptability to ensure flexible responses to challenges, crises, and emergencies; Real Estate Reputation focuses on enhancing market appeal; and Data Sharing and Dissemination focuses on improving transparency and security in data.
These policies are part of the DLD’s ongoing efforts to foster innovation and establish regulations promoting growth and sustainability within the real estate sector.
