Dubai developers are expecting a spike in demand for property sales soon. This comes as a result of a recent market study finding up to 66% of tenants planning to buy houses in the city in the next six months.
Low- to middle-income tenants are opting to buy houses due to rents becoming more expensive in Dubai. High-income investors, on the other hand, cite high capital appreciation as their reason.
Out of Dubai’s neighborhoods, investors and tenants are eyeing Dubai Hill Estate, Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and Arabian Ranches.
